*Custom Catering requires a non refundable $150.00 deposit to reserve your date for your event.
*Final menus and headcounts must be turned into Custom Catering 1 week prior to your event.
*A sales tax of 7.00% will be added to all parties without a tax exempt number and proper form.
*A gratuity of 10% to 15% will apply to all parties.
*If your service time is delayed from the confirmed time an additional fee will be applied.
*Leftovers will be reserved in the event you are under your confirmed number.
*Sorry for any inconvenience but we do not accept credit or debit cards. Payments can be made by cash or check.
*Full payment is due before or on the day of the event. Arrangements can be made with Custom Catering prior to your event.

We have a wide variety of Entrees’ and menu items to choose from as well as Hors D’Oeuvres or custom made selections to suit your party.
